Refund Policy

At FOUR Studio, we take great pride in the quality of our platform, creative assets, and tools. Our goal is to help video editors work faster, stay organized, and create better videos with access to premium assets, creative tools, and workflow features in one central hub.
FOUR Studio works with a monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
Because FOUR Studio provides immediate access to digital assets, software features, and downloadable content, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. This includes monthly subscription renewals.
How it works:
1. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting our support team.
2. After cancellation, you will keep access to FOUR Studio until the end of your active billing period.
3. No additional cancellation fees will be charged.
4. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional situations, such as duplicate charges or technical issues that prevent access to the platform.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered in specific cases. We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our sole discretion, especially when access to FOUR Studio, its assets, or its tools has already been used during the active billing period.
Once your subscription ends, your access to FOUR Studio, including its assets, tools, downloads, and platform features, will be removed unless you reactivate your subscription.
